To use any other tool, you must first create a game string.
The game string includes data for the bingo set such as the set title and square text.
To create a game string, select the link above and enter the proper information.
Be sure to adjust the version number, as it will be used to differentiate cards from different versions.
You can also provide a hint for each square text. When calling items, the hint will be shown instead of the square text.
This can be used to teach math facts, vocabulary, or anything else.
Be sure to save your game string in a safe place.
Use a game string to print bingo cards.
To print cards, enter the game string in the textfield above and click on the print cards link.
Next, enter the card numbers that you would like to print.
After clicking submit, wait a moment. A print dialogue will appear.
The position of the items on each card is based on the set name, version number, and number of items.
Therefore, if all of this data is the same, any given card will always look the same.
In other words, with the same game string, card 7 will always look the same.
Use a game string to print a tracker for the game.
To print a tracker, enter the game string in the textfield above and click on the print tracker link.
After clicking the link, wait a moment. A print dialogue will appear.
The tracker allows you to keep track of the called items, as well as the winners.
There is space to track up to 9 games. Both the items and the hints are shown on the tracker.
Use a game string to call items from the game.
To use this feature, enter the game string in the textfield above and click on the call cards link.
After clicking the link, adjust the game number and use the "Call Next Item" button to call another item.
To go back a call or forward multiple calls, you can adjust the Call Number.
The "Call Next Item" button increases the Call Number by one.
This feature also includes a View Card feature.
To use it, enter a card number in the input labeled "View Card."
After a moment, a popup with the card will appear. Called items will be green.
This can be used to verify a bingo.
Just like printing cards, the order that the items is called in is based on the set name, version number, and game number.
In other words, with the same game string, game 7 will always be called in the same order.
This means that the same game number should not be used twice for the same game string.
If randomness is truly desired, a 6+ digit random number should be used for the game number.
If this is done, be sure to note the game number on the tracker.
